Gagan leads G T Pack Industries with a hands-on focus on manufacturing excellence, technology upgrades, and export-driven packaging development.

He works closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure every order meets strict performance standards—especially for industries where packaging is critical to safety and shelf life.
