A system-driven, technology-first flexible packaging manufacturer, built in Greater Noida and trusted by brands, exporters, and bulk buyers across India and six export markets.
"Leadership at G T Pack Industries starts with a decision I made in 2015, and it hasn't changed since: build the capacity before you take the order, not after.
I started G T Pack Industries with my father, Ramdhan Dhiman, standing right next to me — not as a formality, but because he had already spent over two decades in the packaging trade before I ever set foot on a factory floor. Every major call we've made since — booking the land in Greater Noida in 2018, the move out of Sonipat in 2020, the printing line in 2021, the pouching segment in 2025 — carries his judgment on operations and supplier relationships as much as it carries mine on strategy and execution.
That combination is why we run the way we do. His word is patience and steady process, built over 25+ years in the trade. Mine is to keep building capacity ahead of demand, keep quality documented, and keep the buyer's problem — not our convenience — at the centre of every specification we sign off. Our four ISO certifications — 9001, 22000, 14001, and 45001 — exist because a certificate on the wall means nothing if the process behind it isn't real, and neither of us signs off on anything we haven't checked ourselves.
Where we're headed next is straightforward: G T Pack should be a name that flexible packaging buyers, in India and abroad, bring up on their own — without either of us having to make the case for it every time.
Gagan Dhiman runs the day-to-day of G T Pack's manufacturing and export operations — production planning, procurement, quality sign-off, and direct buyer communication across our UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, Germany, Nepal, and Sri Lanka accounts. He works alongside the production, procurement, and quality teams on every order where packaging performance is non-negotiable — not just cosmetic.
Leadership at G T Pack isn't two people making every call. It's four functions, each accountable for a specific part of the order — from raw film to a shipped, documented, on-spec pouch.
Runs the 8-colour and 6-colour rotogravure printing, extrusion coating, solvent lamination, and slitting floor across 250+ tonnes/month of capacity.
Owns ISO 9001, 22000, 14001, and 45001 compliance, plus pre-dispatch checks on seal strength, print registration, and barrier performance.
Handles documentation, logistics, and buyer coordination for shipments to UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, Germany, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
Evaluates new machinery and laminate structures — most recently the 2025 build-out of the in-house pouching line.
No single launch built G T Pack. Ten years of land, machinery, and category decisions did — each one made ahead of the order that would justify it.
G T Pack Industries is founded.
Registered under GST; the company enters its first real growth phase.
Land booked in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for a dedicated manufacturing facility.
Formal land allotment received.
Operations relocated from Sonipat to the new Greater Noida facility.
Expansion into printing, adding 8-colour rotogravure capability in-house.
A second land allotment secured, dedicated to printing machinery.
Entry into the pouching segment — closing the loop from raw film to finished pouch, in-house.
Three pillars, built in the order they were needed — not written after the fact to sound complete.
Continuous investment in printing, coating, lamination, slitting, and pouching — the 2021 rotogravure line and 2025 pouching segment are the most recent proof, not the last.
Documented SOPs and quality checks tied directly to ISO 9001, 22000, 14001, and 45001 — not a certificate kept separate from how the floor actually runs.
Packaging that performs on the shelf and holds up in transit, backed by direct communication with decision-makers — not layers of account management between the buyer and the answer.
