Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At G T Pack Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality flexible packaging materials, including poly-coated paper, laminated rolls, pouches, and aluminium-based laminates. To ensure a transparent and smooth business experience, the following policies apply to all domestic and export orders.


1. Return Policy (Within 15 Days)


  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of material delivery, subject to the conditions below:


1.1 Eligible Returns


A return request may be approved if:


  • The material is not matching the approved specification, artwork, GSM, micron, or laminate structure.
  • There is a manufacturing defect confirmed by our QA team.
  • Wrong item or wrong laminate type is supplied.


1.2 Non-Eligible Returns


Return is not applicable for:


  • Custom-printed, personalised, or job-specific manufactured material where artwork or cylinders have been approved.
  • Shade variations, GSM/micron tolerances within standard industry limits (±5%).
  • Damage due to improper storage, moisture exposure, or mishandling at customer premises.
  • Material that is partially used, slit, rewound, or altered.


1.3 Return Procedure


  • Raise a return request within 15 days of delivery.
  • Share clear photos, videos, and invoice details for inspection.
  • Material must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.


2. Cancellation Policy (Within 2 Days of Purchase Order)

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation


  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 days from the date of Purchase Order (PO).
  • For customised/printed orders, cancellation is allowed only before artwork approval or before production begins.
  • After production starts, cancellation will not be accepted and charges may apply for material already processed.


2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation


G T Pack Industries may cancel an order due to:


  • Unavailability of raw materials.
  • Technical issues or machinery constraints.
  • Delay or failure in payment as per agreed terms.
  • Incorrect or incomplete PO details.


3. Refund Policy (Within 15 Days After Rectification & Confirmation of Problem)

3.1 Refund Eligibility


    Refunds are issued only after rectification and confirmation of the genuine problem by our QA team. Refund will be provided if:


  • The material cannot be corrected or replaced.
  • The customer has made an excess payment.
  • Order is cancelled within allowed timelines.


3.2 Refund Timeline


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days after issue confirmation.
  • Refund will be issued through the same payment mode used by the customer.


3.3 Deductions (If Applicable)


  • Freight, loading/unloading charges.
  • Production cost already incurred for customised orders.
  • GST adjustments as per statutory norms.


4. Exchange Policy (If Material Cannot Be Rectified)

4.1 Exchange Conditions


    Exchange will be provided if:


  • The material has confirmed defects and cannot be rectified, repaired, or corrected.
  • The supplied material type or specification is wrong.


4.2 Exchange Process


  • Exchange request can be raised after confirmation of issue by the QA team.
  • Replacement material will be produced and delivered within standard production timelines.


5. Important Notes


  • All materials must be inspected at the time of delivery.
  • Standard tolerances of ±5% on GSM, micron, shade, and roll width apply to all packaging materials.
  • G T Pack Industries is not responsible for defects caused by improper storage, humidity, heat, or filling machine settings.
  • All disputes are subject to Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
