Pharmaceutical-grade paper substrates and paper-aluminium laminates for cartons, wraps, pouches, and secondary packaging with excellent printability and rigidity.
Pre-formed and roll-stock laminated sachets and pouches for oral powders, granules, liquids, and semi-solid pharmaceutical preparations with hermetic sealing.
Precision-printed pharma packaging including strip labels, mono-cartons, and leaflets with anti-counterfeiting features, barcodes, and regulatory-compliant text layouts.
Our laminated foil range covers the full spectrum of blister and strip packaging needs — from standard PVC laminates to high-barrier cold-form foils.
Maximum moisture and oxygen barrier for highly hygroscopic drugs. Cold-formable structure allows deep-draw blister pockets without heating.
Heat-seal lacquer coated foil offering excellent chemical resistance and hermeticity for blister lidding applications in tropical climates.
Standard blister pack structure using rigid PVC forming film with aluminium lidding foil. Ideal for tablets, capsules, and lozenges with push-through design.
Heat-sealable aluminium strip foil for tablet and capsule strip packs. Provides moisture barrier and tamper evidence in a cost-efficient narrow-web format.
Combination of paper printability and aluminium barrier. Widely used for powder sachets, granule pouches, and secondary wraps requiring high print quality.
High-strength polyester outer with aluminium core and polyethylene inner seal layer. Used for sachets, flat pouches, and liquid-containing packages.
Our packaging materials meet the strict demands of diverse pharmaceutical and healthcare product categories.
From raw material sourcing to final delivery, we provide complete packaging solutions backed by technical expertise and quality assurance.
In-house packaging technologists guide structure selection, barrier calculations, and regulatory filing support for your specific drug formulation.
Every roll and batch undergoes leak testing, seal strength testing, WVTR/OTR measurement, and print quality inspection before dispatch.
Up to 8-colour rotogravure and flexographic printing with anti-counterfeiting features, holograms, and serialisation options.
Dedicated production slots for repeat orders. Sample development in 7–10 days. Bulk production lead times as low as 15–21 days.

Common questions from pharma buyers and converters about our packaging materials, specifications, and processes.
Standard PVC/ALU uses a thermoformable PVC bottom web with an aluminium lidding foil. It is cost-effective and suitable for most solid dosage forms but offers moderate moisture barrier only. Alu-Alu (cold form) uses an OPA/ALU/PVC structure for both the bottom and top web — it is cold-formed (no heat required) and delivers a near-zero WVTR, making it ideal for highly hygroscopic or moisture-sensitive APIs. Alu-Alu packs are heavier and more expensive but are the industry standard for demanding formulations.
We supply aluminium foil laminates with gauge ranging from 20µm for lightweight strip foils up to 120µm for cold-form Alu-Alu structures. The most common gauges for pharma blister lidding are 20µm and 25µm; strip foils typically use 25–40µm; and cold-form bottom webs are typically 60µm or 80µm OPA/ALU/PVC constructions. Custom gauges are available on request based on your barrier and forming requirements.
Yes. We offer up to 8-colour rotogravure printing and flexographic printing directly on the foil or film substrate. Our printing supports brand colours, product information, regulatory text, batch/expiry areas, and anti-counterfeiting features including UV-reactive inks, holograms, void patterns, and serialisation (2D barcodes, QR codes). Artwork is pre-press checked and colour-matched to your approved standards before production begins.
Yes. All our foil laminates, films, and coating materials are tested and comply with the relevant sections of USP (United States Pharmacopeia), EP (European Pharmacopeia), BP (British Pharmacopeia), and IP (Indian Pharmacopeia) for packaging materials. Material data sheets (MDS), certificates of analysis (CoA), and migration test reports are available for regulatory submissions on request.
MOQs vary by product type and whether the order is a standard stock item or a custom printed / custom structure order. For unprinted standard laminates, MOQ typically starts from 100 kg. For custom-printed or bespoke laminate structures, MOQ is generally 300–500 kg per SKU to amortise plate and setup costs. For sachets and pouches, MOQ is typically 50,000–100,000 units per size/design. Please contact us with your specific requirement for an exact MOQ and quote.
For unprinted standard structures, we can dispatch trial samples within 3–5 working days. For custom printed samples involving new artwork and cylinder making, the development cycle is typically 7–10 working days from artwork approval. Bulk production lead times are 15–21 working days from purchase order confirmation, subject to raw material availability. Repeat orders with existing plates and approved specifications can be fulfilled in 10–15 working days.
Yes, we regularly export to South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. For export orders we provide a full documentation set including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, material safety data sheet (MSDS), certificate of analysis (CoA), and where required, a free sale certificate. We can also support regulatory dossier requirements for markets that require packaging material information as part of a drug master file (DMF) submission.
Each batch is tested for: heat-seal strength (peel force), bond strength / delamination resistance, water vapour transmission rate (WVTR), oxygen transmission rate (OTR) where applicable, foil pinhole count, print density and registration accuracy, solvent retention in inks and adhesives, and dimensional tolerance (width, length, thickness). A batch quality certificate is issued with every shipment. On-site audit visits by clients are welcome by prior arrangement.
Our manufacturing processes and materials are produced under a rigorously maintained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system — ensuring consistent product quality, traceable documentation, and continuous improvement at every stage of production.
