Paper cup converters, VCI/anti-corrosion export packers, and sachet converters share a problem food-grade poly coated paper isn't built for: they need an LDPE coating engineered around a functional performance requirement — a liquid-tight seal, a moisture barrier over a corrosion inhibitor, or a machine-runnable coating across a wider basis-weight range — not around print finish or shelf appeal. GT Pack Industries manufactures LDPE Coated Paper specifically for this segment, on base paper 40–120 GSM with LDPE coating 12–40µ, extrusion-coated and slit to order at our ISO-certified Greater Noida facility.

Not every LDPE-coated paper problem is a food-wrap problem. Paper cup converters need a coating that holds a leak-proof seal through hot-fill and cold-fill contact without the seam delaminating. Metal parts and machinery exporters need a moisture barrier that keeps a corrosion-inhibitor treatment intact through weeks in transit. Sachet converters need a coating that runs consistently across a wider basis-weight window than a standard food-grade sheet.
GT Pack Industries manufactures LDPE Coated Paper specifically for this functional, application-driven segment — base paper 40–120 GSM, LDPE coating 12–40µ, extrusion-coated and slit to order. It's a different specification track from our food and retail-focused Poly Coated Paper range: here, the coating is engineered around what the end-use demands — liquid-tight seal strength for cups, chemical compatibility for VCI paper, machine-runnability for sachet lines — not around print finish or shelf appeal.
Manufactured on extrusion coating and slitting infrastructure at our Greater Noida facility, with rotogravure printing and solvent lamination available where an application calls for it, under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certified processes. Supplied in roll form for cup stock and VCI paper, or as a sachet/pouch grade for packaging converters, with custom width on request.
