Designed for hygiene and industrial durability, our Poly Coated Paper Pouches combine the printability of paper with the functional barrier of Polyethylene (PE). Unlike standard paper bags that leak or absorb moisture, these pouches feature an Extrusion Coated PE layer on the inside. This ensures a hermetic (airtight) heat seal and provides excellent resistance to oil, grease, and moisture. Ideal for medical disposables, sugar sachets, and auto-parts packaging.
A standard paper pouch is porous; it breathes. That is bad for fresh products. We manufacture Poly Coated Pouches using a direct Extrusion Coating Process:
The Structure: Paper (Outer) / Polyethylene (Inner).
The Difference: We do not use "adhesive lamination" (glue). We melt molten PE directly onto the paper fibers. This creates a bond so strong that the paper will tear before the layers separate (Fiber Tear Bond).
The Function: The inner Poly layer acts as the sealant. It allows you to seal the pouch on high-speed machines without needing extra glues or tapes.
